Vedant — Managed Cloud Accounting

Design and build of the Vedant marketing site — a fixed-fee, managed cloud accounting service for South African SMEs. The brief: make outsourced accounting feel modern, approachable, and easy to trust for business owners who'd rather not think about their books.

Overview

One team, one fixed fee, every stage

Vedant acts as a dedicated outsourced finance team — accounting, tax, and compliance handled every month, with all software included and no per-transaction charges.

The visual identity leans editorial rather than corporate: a warm off-white background, a near-black deep teal for contrast sections, and a single confident lime-green accent used sparingly — on the word that matters, on trust markers, on the primary call to action. Oversized serif-leaning display type carries the headline promise instead of relying on imagery.

Who It's For

Four stages, one page

Instead of one generic pitch, the homepage lets visitors self-select — from a solo entrepreneur invoicing clients to a multi-entity group preparing for a capital raise.

01

Entrepreneurs

Accounting and tax handled from R2,000/month, SARS compliance and software included.

02

Professional Services

Project billing, debtor management, and payroll for firms and agencies.

03

Established Businesses

Full transactional processing — invoices, reconciliation, VAT, monthly reporting.

04

Multi-Entity Groups

Fractional CFO services, group reporting, and M&A due diligence.

Outcome

A page four kinds of buyer can navigate alone

The finished site lets each visitor — from solo entrepreneur to multi-entity group — find their own entry point within seconds, while transparent pricing and a fixed-fee promise do most of the trust-building before a call is ever booked.
